The Association is a registered charity with His Majesty's Revenue and Customs. We regularly hold social gatherings and fundraising events. Funds raised at these events are wholly used to support the Association's aim of enhancing education and health in Murray Town.

Sunday in September to coincide with the laying of the foundation stone of Hudson Market in the village in 1934.
